Our founder, Mr. Vinod Pillai was officially appointed as a Peace Commissioner by the Department of Justice and Equality, under the authority of Minister of State Niall Collins.
As a community leader and volunteer, Vinod actively engages with local residents across Kildare and neighbouring counties, empowering people through his free Peace Commissioner services.
Free Peace Commissioner Services in Kildare
All services listed below are free of charge. Peace Commissioners in Ireland are honorary appointees who provide assistance to the public without any fee.
Services include:
Taking statutory declarations
Witnessing signatures on official documents
Signing certificates and orders under various Irish Acts
Documents Required:
To ensure your visit is smooth, please bring:
✅ A valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
✅ Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
✅ Originals and copies of documents to be attested
Note: If your signature needs to be witnessed, do not sign the document beforehand. You must sign it in the presence of the Peace Commissioner.
Special Assistance for Naturalisation Applications
Vinod provides help with naturalisation-related certifications, including:
True colour copy of passport biometric page
Passport Certification Form
True copy of Birth or Marriage Certificates
Statutory Declaration for Irish spouse or civil partner
Up to 15 documents can be attested per appointment (more if time allows).
