- Day 1 London to Kolkata (Calcutta)
Fly with Emirates Airline to Kolkata via Dubai.
Day 2 KolkataArrive in Kolkata, the city of Joy, and transfer to your hotel for two nights. Kolkata, the cultural capital of India and commercial capital of Eastern India, gained prominence with the arrival of the East India Company in 1690.It still has a Victorian imprint on its structures and streets.
- Day 3 Kolkata
Early in the morning visit the flower market on the banks of river Hoogly in Howrah and take a boat cruise (optional). Afternoon city tour of Kolkata visiting the Victoria Memorial, India Museum, and Jain Temple with multi –coloured chandeliers and Marble Palace, a one-man collection of Art treasures.
- Day 4 Kolkata to Darjeeling
Fly to Bagdogra and drive to Darjeeling, the queen of the Himalayas. Stay for three nights.
Day 5 DarjeelingEarly morning drive to Tiger Hill to see the Sunrise over the Kanchenjunga range of the Himalayas. Return to Darjeeling via the Ghoom Buddhist Monastery. Option of taking a toy train journey (subject to its running). Afternoon visit to a local tea Estate.
- Day 6 Darjeeling
Afternoon a guided walking tour. Visit the Botanical Gardens, Tenzings House, Mountaineering Institute and the colourful bazaars.
- Day 7 Darjeeling to Peymagatse
A panoramic drive to Peymagatse. Visit the famous Gompa founded in 1705. Explore the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding area. One night stay.
- Day 8 Peymagatse to Gangtok
After breakfast drive to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, a garden state lying at the foothills of Kanchenjunga Mountains with great scenic beauty. Two night stay.
- Day 9 Gangtok
Morning visit to Rumtek Monastery, the largest in Sikkim and noted for its carved and painted woodwork. Later visit the Enchey Monastery, Do-Drul Chorten, an imposing white stupa, and the Namgyalak Institute of Tibetology.
Day 10 Gangtok to KalimpongA fascinating journey through winding roads and several viewpoints to Kalimpong, another beautiful hills resort. The day is free to explore the orchid nurseries, colourful bustling town with its churches and monasteries. Stay for one night.
- Days 11 & 12 Kalimpong to Shilong
Transfer to Bagdogra and fly to Gowahati. Drive to Shilong, a land of pines & fir. This beautiful hill resort (1500 meters) is set amidst hills and valleys, running brooks and waterfalls. Explore the town often referred to as the Scotland of the East with its cheerful music loving people in their traditional tribal dresses. Stay for two nights.
- Day 13 Shilong to Kaziranga
Morning drive to Kaziranga National Park on the banks of the mighty Brahmaputra river and famous for one-horned rhino. The other fauna includes wild buffalo, Swamp deer wild elephant, tiger, badger and variety of bird-life. Afternoon safari. Two night stay.
- Day 14 Kaziranga
Morning and afternoon safari by jeep and elephant.
- Day 15 Kaziranga to London
Drive to Guwahati and fly to Kolkata, connecting Emirates flight to London.
- Day 16 Arrive London
Arrive Dublin in the morning via Dubai.
- Return International & Domestic Flights included as per Itinerary.
